Cutoff Time For Same Day Delivery: The cutoff time for same day delivery is 2PM. Please allow at least a two hour window in order to avoid any unseen problems for time requests.


RECIPIENT NOT HOME
If you have specific instructions for the delivery of your floral bouquet, please mention while placing your order. In all other cases, if the recipient is not at home we will either:

- Call the recipient to schedule an appropriate delivery time
- Leave a note on the recipient’s door asking them to contact us to schedule a delivery time
- Leave the arrangement in a covered, secure area of the home (porch, garage, or other entrance)
- Leave the bouquet with a neighbor and place a message on the recipient’s door with this information

To calculate items you would like to purchase and shipping please click on the item picture and then select 'Quantity' and 'Type'.  Click on 'Add To Cart'.  Scroll down below 'Subtotal' and find  'CONTINUE SHOPPING' or 'CALCULATE SHIPPING'  and click on appropriate button.  Enter shipping 'ZIP CODE'.  
Gift items will be shipped US Postal service, Fed Ex or UPS and can be expected to arrive in 1 - 3 weeks. You will be notified of items on back order. Orders shipped in Ohio will be charged Ohio state and county tax.

Flowers: We understand that quality product and timely delivery is important to you and we will do everything in our power to please you and bring you 100% satisfaction. Most fresh cut flowers have a shelf life of five days with some lasting up to two weeks. If there is an unexpected problem with your fresh flower purchase, please notify us within two days so that we can make the proper corrections. Please expect some substitutions of flowers out of season with either flowers of same desired color of equal value or same type but different color.


Gifts: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your gift item purchase simply return the item in the original condition within 10 days, shipping at your expense and we will haply replace it, refund your money, or adjust your purchase price. Items must include a copy of your receipt, and a note stating your request for a refund or exchange. We welcome your comment as to why you are returning your merchandise so we may better serve you. Please pack the item in the same manner in which you received it, if possible, as we cannot issue refunds or exchanges on broken or damaged items. Shipping the item back to us with insurance will help to cover if there is damage from the shipping. We do not refund any shipping fees.
